At UnifyCX, we seek talented, goal-oriented individuals to join our team as Retention Agents. If you have experience in customer retention or sales and possess an advanced level of English, we want to hear from you.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in customer retention or sales
  • English proficiency at a B2 level
  • A customer-focused mindset and a results-driven attitude

Role Details:

  • 8-hour shifts starting between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM
  • Two days off per week, Sunday is always off.
  • On-site position based in Barranquilla, Colombia
  • Base salary + no-cap commissions
