About the Role

What You’ll Do
- Handle customer interactions via chat, calls, and emails
- Use all available resources to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Assist the Field Operations team with work order inquiries and customer communication
- Maintain a professional, solution-oriented approach in every interaction
- Perform additional duties as needed
