UnifyCX is growing and we are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our motivated and ambitious team in Barranquilla, Colombia. Come be one of the pioneers at our newest location!Pay: 2.9 mil COP monthly

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive excellent service and effective solutions to their inquiries.

🔹 Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls, emails.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document customer interactions in the system.
  • Follow company guidelines and service protocols.
  • Collaborate with other teams to improve the customer experience.

🔹 Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center (preferred but not required).
  • Problem-solving skills and empathy.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.
