Retention Specialist on site - 42 hr weekly Sunday Off + another week day
Unify CX is looking for an extraordinary Retention Specialist to join our on site motivated and ambitious team.
What Will You Do?
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Retention Specialists to join our team. In this critical role, you will focus on retaining and strengthening relationships with our valued customers by addressing their concerns, identifying solutions, and promoting service loyalty. By understanding customer needs and delivering personalized solutions, you will play a vital role in reducing churn and fostering long-term customer satisfaction.
Who You Are:
To be considered, candidates are expected to have the following:
- Excellent English skills - proper written and oral grammar. English Level B2+/C1
- Minimum 2 years of experience in BPO as an agent
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in retention, sales, or similar roles in Telecommunications campaigns.
What we offer:
- Base salary $3.000.000 + commissions up to USD 500
- 2 days off: Sundays + other weekdays
- 42 hr weekly
- New campaign (wave 2) = growth opportunities
- Direct and permanent contract
