We are hiring Customer Retention Agents for an international BPO supporting a telecommunications campaign. The role focuses on handling at-risk customers requesting cancellations or downgrades, with the goal of retaining clients by presenting value-added solutions and available offers while meeting performance KPIs.
✨ What we offer:
💰 Base salary: $3.000.000 COP + commissions
💵 You can earn up to $500 USD in commissions
📞 Incoming calls (Customer Care & Retention)
📅 Schedule: Mon–Sat, 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM
🛌Sunday OFF + 1 Additional Day (2 days off)
🔄 Rotating shifts
