We are seeking a friendly, organized, and bilingual (English/Spanish) Front Desk Receptionist to manage our front desk and support a positive experience for our clients, visitors, and employees. This position serves as the first point of contact for all visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome while assisting with administrative tasks and maintaining the front desk area.

Key Responsibilities:

· Welcome Visitors: Greet and assist all visitors, employees, and clients, ensuring a courteous and professional experience.
· Manage Communication: Answer incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to appropriate team members or departments as needed.
· Support Administrative Tasks: Handle duties such as filing, data entry, and scheduling, and assist with mail distribution and document management.
· Security and Compliance: Follow visitor sign-in protocols and safety procedures to ensure a secure environment for everyone.
· Assist Staff and Management: Provide support with administrative needs, including meeting coordination, document preparation, and other tasks as required by team leaders.
· Additional projects/assignments as requested by management.

Who Are You in This position is on-site and requires someone with a professional appearance, as well as a welcoming attitude to create a positive first impression for all visitors.
· Language Skills: Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written).

· Experience: 1+ year of receptionist or customer service experience, preferably in a call center or corporate setting.

· Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.

· Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power point) and familiarity with phone systems or call center software is a plus. MS Project experience preferred but not required.
