Gamer Support Representative
About the Role:
Are you passionate about video games and helping others? We’re looking for a Gamer Support Representative to join our team and deliver top-notch support to players around the world. You'll be the voice of the brand, solving issues, answering questions, and ensuring players have the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely, friendly, and professional support to players via chat, email, and/or ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to gameplay, accounts, billing, connectivity, and in-game bugs.
- Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate internal teams.
- Identify patterns in player feedback and share insights with the team.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the system.
- Meet KPIs related to quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.
What You Bring:
- Excellent written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus!).
- A passion for gaming — you know how players think, feel, and talk.
- Experience in customer service.
- Familiarity with gaming platforms (PC, console, or mobile) and online communities (Discord, Steam, etc.).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if needed.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of popular game titles, genres, or specific platforms.
